In this session, the Spiritual Response Technique is used first, this involves dowsing with a pendulum over a series of charts to find and clear negative energies and/or soul programs that are blocking natural ability to create the well being and life that you desire. The Usui Reiki system is then used to assist you in achieving a state of deep relaxation that allows your body, mind and spirit to become more aligned with each other and their natural ability to co-create the well being and life that you desire. And finally, an Intuitive Reading will be done, to gather the information and guidance you may need to assist you in making the shifts in your belief system and behaviours that might be holding you back from living the life that your heart desires.
